摘要
目的：探讨氨曲南治疗慢性肾功能衰竭并发尿路感染的临床疗效。方法：对48例慢性肾功能衰竭并发尿路感染患者采用氨曲南1.0g,加入氯化钠注射液100ml静脉滴注8~12h1次,疗程7~14d。并检查血、尿常规,肝、肾功能及细菌学。结果：48例患者中痊愈29例,显效11例,进步6例,无效2例,总有效率为83.3%,且无严重不良反应。结论：氨曲南治疗慢性肾功能衰竭并发尿路感染患者具有疗效显著、不良反应少,不加重肾功能恶化等优点。
Objective： To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of Atreonam to treat 48 cases of urinary tract infection in patients with chronic renal failure.Methods： 48 cases were given Atreonam 1.0g,adding to 100ml sodium chloride injection,by intravenous drip,once every 8～12hours for 7～14 days as the period treatment.Results： Among 48 cases,29 cases were cured,11 cases were effective,6 cases were in progress,the clinical total efficiency was 83.3%.Conclusion ：Atreonam possesses the advantages of significant efficacy,fewer side effects and not deteriorate to kidney function for treating urinary tract infection in patients with chronic renal failure.
