基于单电阻电流采样的矢量控制算法研究 被引量:14

摘要 在电动机交流调速的闭环调速控制方案中,对电动机电流的采样是一个非常重要的环节。在低成本应用场合,为了降低控制成本,减小体积,根据母线电流和电机相电流的关系而形成的单电阻电流采样及相电流重构方法具有很大的竞争优势。分析了一种可以实现全区域单电阻电流采样及相电流重构的方法,在结合异步电动机矢量控制的基础上对此单电阻电流采样方法进行了仿真及实验研究,实验结果验证了该方法的正确性和可行性。 In the closed loop control program of AC speed regulation,the motor current sampling is very important.In some low-cost applications,the method of single shunt current sensing and reconstruction for phase currents has a great competitive advantage,which can minimize the number of current sensors,reduce sensor cost,weight,and volume.A method that makes the current reconstruction realized in whole regions was analyzed.Combined with vector control of induction machine,simulation and experiment research was done,which demonstrates the correctness and feasibility of the proposed scheme.
