The paper forecasts the broad prospects of oil and market after analy the need for oil Potentials of iil Processing;discusses agricultural position of Brassica campestris in Qinghai province owing to its biological superiorities, adaption and disaster resistance;and puts forward thta expanding Brassica Compestris plantation area and developing the production processing will be a new econonic iocreasing point.
