摘要
软件组织如何在实施敏捷方法的同时满足CMMI的相关要求,是众多软件组织所共同关心的问题。基于工程实践经验,参考Marcal等人对Scrum和CMMI项目管理过程域的比较分析结果,对项目策划、供方协议管理这两个过程域中部分实践的比较结果提出了不同观点,说明Scrum对CMMI中这些实践的满足程度更高。新的综合分析结果证明Scrum与CMMI在软件项目管理领域具有更高的兼容性。
How to ensure that related CMMI requirements are met while adopting agile method is a common issue which numerous software organization is concerning about.Based on engineering experience, different opinions are proposed from Marcal and others＇ paper on mappings Scrum to some practices in 2 CMMI PAs which are Project Planning（PP）and Supplier Agreement Management（SAM）.Furthermore, overall mapping results are updated according to the opinions to prove that Scrum and CMMI has higher compatibility in software project management areas than Marcal＇s analysis results.
