小口径锥形焊管的制作技术

摘要 由于焊接设备的限制,小口径的锥形直缝焊管只能采用单面焊的制作技术,合缝与焊接是其关键制作工序。传统制作工艺采用人工合缝、半自动埋弧焊机进行焊接,焊缝质量不稳定,焊接效率低。改进工艺采用龙门式埋弧焊机,并配备自动合缝装置,可极大地提高焊接质量和焊接效率。目前,锥形管还没有统一的检验标准,在参考相关标准进行质量检验的基础上,提出锥形管的检验要求,可为锥形焊管的制作提供借鉴。 As limitations of welding equipment, single-sided welding process is the only choice of production of small-diameter conical welded pipe, the seam and welding are its key production processes. Traditional production process uses artificial seam, semi submerged arc welding machine, thus, weld quality is unstable and welding efficiency is low. Improved production process uses gantry submerged arc welding machine, and equipped with automatic commissural device, which greatly improves the welding quality and welding efficiency. Currently, there is no uniform conical welded pipe test standard, in reference to the relevant standards of quality inspection, to put forward conical welded pipe inspection requirements, which can provide a reference for production of conical welded pipe.
