介绍了垂直反车调速型液力偶合器传动箱的工作原理和结构,以及主要部件的设计计算。运用实践表明,该产品设计方案是正确、完整的;具有效率高、输出转速无极调速、快速离合等功能;质量安全可靠,符合安全、环保相关标准的规定,性能特点和齿轮、轴等主要零部件的强度寿命,完全可以满足现场运用要求。
The operating principle and structure of a new hydraulic transmission gear box with variable speed fluid coupling,and the design and calculation of its main components were described.The operation result shows that the design scheme of this product is correct and complete,and it has many advantages and features,such as higher efficiency,output speed with stepless regulating,fast clutching,high reliability and safty etc.
