金融支持上海经济转型问题研究

On Financial Support to Shanghai's Economic Transition

金融是现代经济的核心。在经济转型的过程中,金融的支持作用必不可少。传统上,关于金融的支持作用主要集中在其资金支持的作用,亦即"输血"功能上。近年来,随着金融理论和实践的深化,金融支持经济转型的范围和内涵也都在发生着变化。其中最主要的一点,就是金融业对经济的全面支持和深入介入,金融业已成为影响经济转型发展的一个重要内生因素。本文从分析上海经济转型面临的问题入手,研究了金融支持上海经济转型的理论基础、主要路径和现实选择,提出了金融业充分发挥自身作用、全面深入地支持上海经济转型的相关政策建议。

Finance is the core of modern economy.During the process of economic transition,finance plays an indispensable supporting role.Traditionally,we emphasize that finance mainly supports the economy through funding.In recent years,as financial theories and practices deepen,the range and content of the supporting function of finance has changed.Most importantly,financial industry fully supports and deeply intervenes in the real economy,thus becomes an important endogenous variable affecting economic transition.The article begins with the analysis of problems confronting Shanghai＇s economic transition,studies the theoretic basis,main route and realistic choice of financial support to Shanghai＇s economic transition,and suggests that financial industry should fully exert its function and support Shanghai＇s economic transition.
