This article analyzes problems in MA transactions and the pros and cons of leasing company.Given the current policy environment,it points out that the role of leasing company in MA is irreplaceable.Leasing companies innovated the transaction mechanism in terms of property relations,lending relations,transaction time,cost,shareholding percentage,etc.,thus have apparent advantages.This article also illustrates the essence and advantages of trust lease MA in entity,behavior,and post-merger integration,and presents unique interpretation of how to advance trust lease MA in new circumstances.
