Strengthen the Construction of Intermediary Service System in Technical Innovation

文章运用知识经济的发展观，就中介服务体系在技术创新过程中功能的新内涵进行了系统分析。结合我省实际，提出发展和完善中介服务体系的政策。

By using the outlook on development of knowledge economy, this paper makes a systematic analysis on the functions and new intensions of intermediary service system in the course of technical innovation.And connecting with the actual situation of our province, this paper advances some policies about developing and perfectiong intermediary service system.
