摘要
基于用户对产品的心理感受是由其3维形态特征线决定,提出了一种基于感性工程的形态特征线量化的产品形态设计方法。采用感性工程技术将用户对产品的形态感性认知进行量化,综合运用语意差异法、因子分析和多元线性回归等方法处理产品意象数据,从而确定意象与特征线之间的关系。由此通过对产品形态特征线的操作,产生符合用户感性意象的产品造型设计方案。以手机为例验证了该形态设计方法的实效性。
Since the psychological feelings of products are decided by the three dimensional form feature lines,a product form design method based on quantizing form feature lines was put forward.Based on the Kansei engineering technology,the form perceptual cognitive factors were quantified.Semantic differential,factor analysis and multiple linear regression methods were used synthetically to deal with product images data,then the relations between images and feature lines were determined.Operating product form feature lines helps to develop the product which meets user,s perceptual image.The cell phone form was taken as an example to test the validity.
