摘要
探讨大牛地气田气井最小携液产量,可为气井合理产量的制定、排水采气工艺措施的优化提供依据。在综合分析大牛地气田气井积液特征的基础上,提出了气井积液的地面识别标准,并运用该标准对研究区270井次的积液情况进行判别;在考虑井筒注醇和温度、压力影响的情况下,通过实验确定了气液界面张力值,在此基础上提出了大牛地气田气井最小携液产量公式,研究区270井次的积液情况对公式进行检验的结果表明,该公式对气井积液判断的正确率为93.3%,比用李闽公式判断的正确率提高了24.8%,能较好地判别大牛地气田气井的积液情况。
This paper discusses the minimum liquid-carrying production of gas producer in Daniudi gasfield.It provides the basis for the development of reasonable production of gas producer and the optimization of process treatments in gas producer with water discharging.On the basis of integrated analysis on characteristics of bottom-hole liquid loading in Daniudi gasfield,it is proposed herein the identifying standards on ground,which is applied to judge the working area liquid loading situation of 270 wells.Taking into account of the influence of wellhole alcohol injection,temperature and pressure,this paper determined the value of air-water interface tension by experiment,and amend the Lee Min-formula that calculates the critical flow of liquid.The formula has been tested on the basis of the fluid situation of 270 wells in working area.The results show that the correct rate of revised formula de-termining the gas liquid loading is 93.3% that is increased by 24.8% than the Lee Min-formula.The revised formula will be more suitable to determine the liquid loading of gas well in Daniudi gasfield.
