摘要
针对埕东联合站进站采出液出现原油乳化稳定性增强,在各处理阶段原油含水率普遍严重超标的问题,研究了泡沫剂对采出液乳化稳定性的影响规律,发现泡沫剂的存在导致采出液的乳化状态更加稳定,乳化类型更加复杂,同时温度和沉降时间等因素对采出液的乳化稳定性也有一定影响。通过室内优化筛选出适用于泡沫驱采出液油水分离的处理剂,现场应用结果证实,采用室内合成的SE-87和SE-86处理剂后,外输油含水率小于1%,且在药剂投加量、站内运行成本、资源利用、改善站内工艺流程等方面都具有巨大的优势,仅药剂成本及加热炉成本每年就可以节约资金约650×104元。
In view of the increased emulsification stability of crude oil yielded from the united station,and the exceedingly high content of water within the crude oil in every process stage,the influence of foaming agents on stability of yielded emulsification liquid is studied herein,and it is revealed that the existence of foaming agents have caused more emulsification of yielding liquid,and more complex emulsification types,moreover,the temperature and the precipitation time all exerts some influence on the e-mulsification stability.Thereafter,the processing agents for liquid oil separation that is suitable for foaming displacement is optimized and selected through the lab experiment.The field application demonstrates that,the water content of transporting crude oil is less than 1%,and full of advantages of injection amount,operation cost,resource utilization and technique procedures.The cost of medicine and heating may be dropped by 650x10 Yuan.
