摘要
漏钢预报系统属于高效连铸生产的关键工艺和装备。镭目公司从连铸漏钢预报工程技术实际出发,总结影响漏钢预报系统预报准确率的原因,开发了一种高准确率漏钢预报系统。多家钢厂采用RAMON漏钢预报系统后证明,本系统从判断漏钢到输出拉速信号的响应时间≤0.5s,漏钢检测的准确率≥95%,报警输出率≥99%。
Breakout prediction system is a key technical equipment of high efficient continuous casting technique. Based on engineering practices of breakout prediction in continuous casting system,law of factors affecting the precision are summarized,a high precision forecast system of mold breakout has been developed by RAMON. Many steel mills proved that RAMON’s breakout expert system has the fast response time（≤0.5 s）,high precision of breakout prediction（≥ 95%） and annunciation（≥ 99%）.
