骨髓增生异常综合征转为慢性粒单核细胞白血病后继发脾梗死1例

摘要 目的:提高对由骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)转化的慢性粒单核细胞白血病(CMML)的认识水平。方法:报告1例MDS转化为CMML后继发脾梗死患者的临床表现及实验室检查,并进行相关文献复习,为诊断和治疗提供思路。结果:患者诊断MDS 11个月余后转化为CMML,再11个月后出现脾梗死,后死亡。结论:由MDS转化的CMML预后较差。
