FOLIN-酚比色法测定大风藤中总酚含量的研究

摘要 目的:建立大风藤总酚的测定方法。方法:采用Folin-酚比色法,以白藜芦醇为对照品分析测定了大风藤中总酚含量。结果:大风藤提取液在加入Folin-酚试3 ml、7.5%Na2CO33 ml,反应温度为50℃,反应时间为90 min,浓度在0.672 mg/ml^4.704 mg/ml时与其吸光度值呈良好的线性关系,其回归方程A=1.509 9C+0.051 9(n=7),相关系数为r=0.999 15,根据此线性回归方程进行大风藤总酚的定量测定。结论该方法简单方便、稳定性好、准确度高。 Objective:To establish a method for determination of total hydroxybenzene in Parthenocissus tricuspidata(Sieb et Zucc) Planch..Methods:With resveratrol as the standard,the content of total hydroxybenzene in Parthenocissus tricuspidata(Sieb et Zucc) Planch.was determined by Folin-phonel colorimetry.Results:The polyphenol content of Parthenocissus tricuspidata(Sieb et Zucc) Planch.could be well calculated by applying Folin-Ciocalteu reagent 3 ml,7.5% Na2CO3 3ml,90min at 50℃ for colorimetric reaction,and the linear range of standard curve was 0.672mg/ml~4.704mg/ml.The regression equation was found as follow: A=1.5099C+0.0519(n=7) with the correlation coefficent r=0.999 15.Conclusion The method established was very conwenient,stable and accurate.
