HPLC法同时测定灵芝浸膏片中尿苷和腺苷的含量

Simultaneous determination of Uridine and Adenosine in Ling Zhi concrete Tablets by HPLC

目的：采用反相高效液相色谱法测定灵芝浸膏片中尿苷和腺苷的含量。方法：使用Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18色谱柱（250mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,流动相为甲醇-0.04mol/L磷酸二氢钾（6∶94）,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长260 nm。结果：尿苷、腺苷进样量分别在0.034-0.670μg和0.025-0.496μg范围内,与峰面积呈良好线性关系;尿苷及腺苷的平均回收率（n=6）分别为98.3%和98.6%,RSD分别为2.0%和2.0%。结论：本法简便、准确,重复性好,可为灵芝浸膏片的质量控制提供实验依据。

Objective：To develop a reversed-phase HPLC method for the determination of Uridine and Adenosine in Ling Zhi concrete Tablets.Method：The separation was performed in a Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） with a mobile phase of Methanol-0.04mol/L monopotassium phosphate（6∶94）.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,and the detecting wavelength was at 260 nm.Results：The linear ranges of uridine and adenosine were 0.034～0.670 μg and 0.025～0.496 μg,respectively;the average recoveries of uridine and adenosine were 98.3%（RSD=2.0%） and 98.6%（RSD=2.0%）,respectively.Conclusion：The method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility.It can be used to control the quality of Ling Zhi concrete tablets.
