摘要 目的:采用反相高效液相色谱法测定灵芝浸膏片中尿苷和腺苷的含量。方法:使用Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.04mol/L磷酸二氢钾(6∶94),流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长260 nm。结果:尿苷、腺苷进样量分别在0.034-0.670μg和0.025-0.496μg范围内,与峰面积呈良好线性关系;尿苷及腺苷的平均回收率(n=6)分别为98.3%和98.6%,RSD分别为2.0%和2.0%。结论:本法简便、准确,重复性好,可为灵芝浸膏片的质量控制提供实验依据。 Objective:To develop a reversed-phase HPLC method for the determination of Uridine and Adenosine in Ling Zhi concrete Tablets.Method:The separation was performed in a Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) with a mobile phase of Methanol-0.04mol/L monopotassium phosphate(6∶94).The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,and the detecting wavelength was at 260 nm.Results:The linear ranges of uridine and adenosine were 0.034~0.670 μg and 0.025~0.496 μg,respectively;the average recoveries of uridine and adenosine were 98.3%(RSD=2.0%) and 98.6%(RSD=2.0%),respectively.Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility.It can be used to control the quality of Ling Zhi concrete tablets.
