煤焦油碳基固体酸催化合成2-叔丁基-5-甲基苯酚

Synthesis of 2-Tert-Butyl-5-Methyl Phenol Catalyzed with Carbon-based Solid Acid from Coal Tar

摘要 合成了煤焦油碳基固体酸,并对其结构进行了表征。通过叔丁醇与间甲基苯酚合成了2-叔丁基-5-甲基苯酚,探讨了煤焦油碳基固体酸对烷基化反应的催化活性。实验结果表明,煤焦油碳基固体酸是烷基化反应的良好催化剂,在间甲基苯酚0.01 mol、催化剂用量为0.1 g、反应温度为110℃、反应时间为3 h、醇酚摩尔比为2.5∶1的优化条件下,产品的收率达90.6%。且该固体酸催化剂重复使用多次,其催化活性基本保持不变。 The carbon-based solid acid from coal tar was prepared and its structure was characterized. 2-tert-bu- tyl-5-methyl phenol was synthesized from tert-butyl alcohol and m-cresol in the presence of the carbon-based solid acid from coal tar. Factors influencing the product yield were discussed and the optimal reaction conditions were found. Experimental results showed that the carbon-based solid acid from coal tar was an excellent catalyst. With m- cresol 0.01 tool, the amount of catalyst 0. 1 g, reaction temperature 110 ℃, reaction time 3 h and molar ratio of tert-butyl alcohol to m-cresol was 2.5 : 1, the yield of product can reach 90.6%. The catalyst could be reused many times and the product yield was nearly unchanged
