通过分析数字电位器AD7376的工作原理,介绍了数字电位器在CCD成像调试系统中的具体应用,利用数字电位器AD7376的程控特性和单片机AT89C2051的控制能力来完成调试系统中对CCD驱动脉冲电平和偏置电平的调节。详细阐述了其硬件电路及软件编程。该系统在CCD芯片测试工作中得到实际应用。
Based on analyzing the working principles of digital potentiometer AD7376,the applications of digital potentiometers in CCD debugging system are introduced.The program control characteristic of the digital potentiometer AD7376 and the control ability of microcontroller AT89C2051 are used to adjust the driving pulse level and bias level of CCD.Hardware circuit and software programming of this system are elaborated.
