摘要
采用气相色谱法,以邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为内标物,DB-17毛细管柱分离和氢火焰离子化检测器,对氯氟醚菊酯原药进行定量分析。结果表明:方法的标准偏差为0.046;变异系数为0.048%;平均回收率为99.69%。线性相关系数为0.999 6。
A quantitative analytical method for the determination of Meperfluthrin TC by GC with DB-17 capillary column,dibutyl phthalate as internal standard and FID was established.The results showed that the standard deviation、the coefficient of variation、the average recovery and the liner correlation of the method were 0.046、0.048%、99.7%and 0.999 6 respectively.
