地方政府体育公共服务绩效评估指标体系的研究

Evaluation Indicators System of Sports Public Services Performance of Local Government

为建立健全体育公共服务绩效评估制度,提高体育公共服务供给质量,以经济学、政治学、管理学、系统论等相关学科理论为指导,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、层次分析法,阐述体育公共服务的概念以及绩效评估指标设计与筛选的思路与方法,在理论分析与实证研究的基础上,构建出一套包括社会体育、学校体育、竞技体育、体育科技4个子系统、37个具体指标的体育公共服务绩效评估体系。

For establishing the performance evaluation system of sports public service and improving their service quality,based on economics,politics,management,system theory and other related discipline theory,using the methods of documentary,questionnaire investigation,and analytic hierarchy process,this paper discusses the concept of public sports service and idea and method of performance evaluation index design.On the basis of theoretical analysis and empirical research,it constructs a set of indicators including social sports,school sports,competition sports and sports science and technology subsystems and 37 specific indexes.
