互联网体育博彩的方便性、快捷性使其成为博彩业发展领域中的"朝阳产业"。然而互联网体育博彩在其发展中会引发一系列问题,如非法运营、损害博彩者利益、导致问题博彩的发生、运营中缺乏责任博彩的实施等。虽然目前很多网络博彩公司会采取一些责任博彩策略,然而综观世界各网络博彩公司实施的具体责任博彩措施,存在的主要问题是这些措施很多都是从传统博彩业中借鉴过来的,往往缺乏对互联网体育博彩实证材料的有效检验。考虑到网络及彩民的消费特点,未来采取网络博彩的"弹出消息"策略或许是一种有效保护彩民的措施。旨在探讨互联网在体育博彩运营中如何做到有效保护彩民、使互联网体育博彩的危害最小化,真正做到对社会负责,同时也为我国未来开放互联网博彩市场提供参考与借鉴。

Internet sports gambling is already the gambling sunrise industry because of its convenience and speed.However,it did caused some social problems,such as illegal business practices,unfair or illegal player practices,internet sports gambling by prohibited groups,problem gambling,and lack of responsible gambling practices.While some internet gambling corporations took responsible gambling initiatives,there is a distinct lack of research on player protection measures in place on internet gambling sites and their efficacy.Given characters of the internet and players the use of pop-up messages on internet gambling websites should be an appropriate responsible measure to protect players.This paper aims to research into some appropriate harm-minimizations initiatives to make online sites fulfill their corporate responsibility to society,and to provide reference for future Chinese internet gambling.
