摘要
应用音乐与有氧训练相结合的方法对上海市82名身体健康的在校中学生进行体质运动干预,了解音乐有氧训练法对增强中学生体质的影响。实验组实施音乐有氧训练处方周期为5个月,每周2次,每次40m in。运动干预前后分别对20m往返跑、下肢肌力等指标进行测评,并与从事常态有氧练习的对照组进行比较,评估干预效果。实验组男、女学生肺活量、下肢肌力及20m往返跑成绩均显著高于干预前;对照组女生的肺活量、男生的20m往返跑显著高于干预前,其他指标变化并无显著性差异。结果表明,音乐有氧训练法可以更有效地提高在校中学生的体质。
Music and aerobic exercise combined methods are applied to intervene 82 secondary healthy students' physical fitness exercise in Shanghai.The aim is to understand the effects of this new approach on secondary students.The experimental group implements aerobic training prescription including 5 months,2 times per week,each 40min each time.Without music,the control group implements the same aerobic training prescription.After and before exercise intervention,we compared the change of performance on 20-meter shuttle run,lower extremity muscle strength and other fitness indicators respectively.In the experimental group,male and female students' vital capacity,lower extremity muscle strength and 20-meter shuttle run scores were significantly higher than before the intervention;In the control group,the lung capacity of girls and the performance 20-meter shuttle run of boys were significantly higher than before.The other indicators have no significant difference in change.The results show that music and aerobic exercise combined methods can be more effective in improving physical fitness of students in secondary schools.
