民间风俗是传统的社会历史文化,古今志书均有采撷民风民俗的传统。旧志风俗是社会环境的缩影,第二轮志书应继承这一传统,保持志书记载民风民俗的连续性。第二轮志书应重视记述民风民俗,要从物质民俗、社会民俗、岁时民俗、礼仪民俗和方言民谚等方面弥补缺漏,增记改革开放以后不断变化的新的民俗内容。

Folk customs are traditional social historical culture, and local records both old and contemporary follow the tradition of picking up folk customs. Customs in old local records are reflections of the social environment. Second-round local records should inherit this tradition and maintain the continuity of recording folk customs in local records. Second-round local records should pay attention to recording folk customs, make amendments from different aspects such as material folk customs, social folk customs, turn-of-year folk customs, etiquette folk customs, dialects and proverbs, and add up accounts of ever-changing new folk customs content since the reform and opening-up.
