Golden Age for Auto Exports

世界经济形势逐步明朗所带来的诸多利好因素将为中国汽车的整车出口创造难得的机遇。 2010年,中国汽车整车出口在全球经济尚不景气的时期实现了新平台的跨越,首次超过了500亿美元。2011年1季度,汽车整车出口同比增速超过50%,为全年的发展开了个好头。

The global economy has kept reviving,and this has brought precious opportunities to the Chinese completely built-up(CBU) automobile exporters.Some positive clues can be easily found from the statistical data.The country's auto firms achieved an export volume of over USD 50 billion for the first time in 2010.This trend continued in the first quarter of 2011,while the CBU auto exports remained rising at a yearon-year rate of 50 percent and gave a good start to this year.The country sold 158,300 autos in overseas markets,a year-on-year rise of 52.72 percent.The export volumes of passenger vehicles and commercial vehicles respectively rose to 86,200 and 72,100 by 63.85 percent and 41.24 percent.Although the global economic environment shows multi-dimensional complexities in terms of the unstable situation in Libya as well as the Japanese earthquake and tsunami,the Chinese CBU auto exports will have more positive factors in this year.There may be more market demands for the Chinese vehicles as the Japanese auto giants such as Toyota,Nissan and Honda stopped production.China's 12th five-year Plan will also spur the auto exports,especially the exports of medium-and high-end passenger vehicles.
