摘要
目的:优选补脾益肠膏煎煮工艺。方法:采用正交设计法,以盐酸小檗碱含量和干膏得率为考察指标,优选补脾益肠膏煎煮工艺。结果:补脾益肠膏最佳煎煮工艺为:加12倍量水,浸泡4 h,回流提取3次,第一次2 h,第二、三次各0.5 h;按正交试验优选条件进行结果投料3份次验证实验,平均浸膏得率为29.8%,盐酸小檗碱平均含量为5.77 mg·g^(-1)。结论:优选的煎煮工艺科学合理,适合于制剂生产。
Objective: To optimize the decoctiort process of Bupi Yiehang electuary. Method: The process was optimized on basis of the content of berberine hydroehloride and yield of dry extract by orthogonal desisn. Result: The optimal conditions were presented as follows: soaking the medicinal materials in water which was 12-fold of their weight for 4h, reflux extracted for three times, the first time for 2 h, the others for 0. 5 h each. Demonstrating test was carried out by 3 batches feeding according to the results of the orthogohal design, and the average yield of extract was 29.8% and the average content of berberirte hydrochloride was 5.77 mg·g ^-1. Conclusion: The result shows that the optimized decoction process is scientific and reasonable in the preparation production.
