摘要
目的:建立榄香烯亚微乳注射液中β-榄香烯的含量及包封率的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法:色谱柱:迪马C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-水(87:13),流速:1.0 ml·min^(-1),检测波长:210 nm。结果:β-榄香烯在0.1149～3.447 0μg之间线性关系良好,r=0.999 9,回收率为100.4%,RSD为1.0%。包封率为91.6%。结论:该方法操作简单,分离效果好,灵敏度高,可用于榄香烯亚微乳注射液的含量及包封率的测定。
Objective： To establish an HPLC method for determination of the content and entrapment efficiency of β-elemene mieroemulsion injection. Method： A Diamonsil C18 column （250 mm× 4. 6 mm ,5 μm） was used with acetonitrile -water （87：13 ） as the mobile phase,and the flow rate was 1.0 ml.min-1. The detection wavelength was 210 nm. Result： The linear range of β-elemene was 0. 114 9-3. 447 0 μg （r =0. 999 9） ,and the average recovery was 100. 4% （RSD = 1.0% ）. The entrapment efficiency was 91.6%. Conclusion： The method is simple and sensitive with good separation efficiency. It can be used to determine the content and entrapment effieieney of β-elemene mieroemulsion injection.
