摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定甲苯磺丁脲片的含量。方法:色谱柱为VP-ODSC_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),甲醇-磷酸二氢铵溶液(pH=3.5)(65:35)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml·min^(-1),检测波长为254 nm,柱温:室温,进样量:20μl。结果:甲苯磺丁脲在0.08~1.20 mg·ml^(-1)浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性(r=0.999 8)。平均回收率为99.61%(RSD=0.8%,n=9)。结论:本法定量准确,可用于甲苯磺丁脲片的含量测定。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of tolbutamide tablets. Method: VP-ODS C18 colunm (250 mm ×4. 6 mm,5 μm) was used with methanol-ammonium phosphate monabasic solution (65:35 ) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml·min^-1. The detection wavelength was 254 nm,the column temperature was at room temperature and the injection volume was 20μl. Result: The calibration curve was linear within the concentration range of 0. 08-1.20 mg· ml^ - 1 ( r = 0. 999 8 ). The mean recovery was 99.61% ( RSD = 0. 8% , n = 9). Conclusion: The method is accurate, reproducible, and can be used to determine tolbutamide tablets.
