摘要
随着我国信息产业的飞速发展,我国使用互联网的人数也在不断地增加。网络给我们带来便利的同时,也不可避免地带来了问题。网络侵权案件屡见不鲜,我国亟待采取各种行之有效的措施来规范网络行为。
Along with the rapid development of our country＇s information industry,the number of Internet users in China is in constant increase. Network brings us great convenient,but it also brings us some problems inevitably. The network infringement cases are common occurrences. It is urgent for China to adopt various effective measures for Standardizing the network behaviors.
