摘要
通过理论分析电预热管道的应力变化,确定了在考虑管道内压和摩擦力情况下的实际预热温度、补偿器的冷紧量和伸长量的理论计算以及补偿器的补偿量确定,指出与冷安装相比,预热安装可以改善管道的受力,减小补偿器的补偿量。
Through theoretical analysis on the stress variation of electric preheating pipeline,this paper determines the actual preheating temperature,theoretical values of compensator's cooling shrinkage/elongation and compensator's compensation amount under the condition of considering pipeline's internal pressure and friction,and points out that comparing with the cold installation,the preheated installation can reduce pipeline's stress and compensator's compensation amount.
