Considerations about the Product Directions and Coal Preparation Techniques of Longan Coal Preparation Plant

介绍了隆安选煤厂所选煤的煤质特征和其产品方向定位,着重论述了选煤方法,结论为:产品方向宜作为动力电煤,原煤采用脱泥有压两产品重介旋流器分选,采用TBS煤泥分选机分选;细煤泥经浓缩机浓缩后,由快开式隔膜压滤机脱水回收。

This paper introduces the characteristics of the coal prepared in Longan Coal Preparation Plant and the positioning of its product direction,and emphatically discusses the coal separation methods,and draws the conclusions that as for the product direction,the prepared coal is appropriate to be as the power coal,the raw coal is separated with desliming pressure two-products dense-medium cyclone and TBS coal slime separator,and the fine coal slime is dewatered and recycled with quick-open type membrane pressure filter after being concentrated in densifier.
