In the light of the dismantling engineering and rock excavating engineering in a concrete water conservancy construction,this paper puts forward the construction scheme for the dismantling engineering from aspects of site surveying,spillway＇s concrete dismantling,main dam＇s dismantling,and irrigation tunnel＇s dismantling,etc.,and puts forward the construction scheme for the rock excavating engineering from aspects of blasting test,and blasting parameters selection for rock excavation and peripheral pre-splitting hole,etc.
