处于特殊气候环境下的施工建设期是生产安全事故的多发期。分析了雨季、冬季这两个季节对施工带来的负面影响及其危害,提出了雨季施工、冬季施工的管理措施。

The construction period under special climate environment is the period during which the production safety accident will occur frequently.This paper analyzes some negative influences and hazards brought about by the winter season and rainy season to the construction,and puts forward some measures for the management of the construction.
