高校图书馆信息服务存在的问题与对策研究

Research on the Problems in and Countermeasures for University Library’s Information Service

阐述了信息服务的内涵与主要方式,分析了当前高校图书馆信息服务存在的问题,提出了完善高校图书馆信息服务的对策,以期最大限度地发挥高校图书馆的价值,为用户提供快捷、优质的服务。

This paper expounds the connotations and main modes of the information service, analyzes some problems existing in current university library’s information service, and puts forward some countermeasures for improving university library’s information service for maximizing the value of university library and providing excellent service for readers.
