Theoretical Analysis on the Anti-monopoly and the Suggestions on China’s Anti-monopoly Policy

针对垄断形成的各种原因,对各种形式的垄断现象进行了理论分析,阐述了开放条件下反垄断形式的新变化,并结合我国的实际情况提出了相应的反垄断政策建议。

In the light of various reasons of the formation of monopoly, this paper makes the theoretical analysis on various forms of monopoly phenomenon, expounds some new changes of anti-monopoly form under opening condition, and connecting with China’s actual situation, puts forward some corresponding policy suggestions on anti-monopoly.
