根据循环流化床锅炉可进行炉内低成本脱硫的特点,结合炉内喷钙+炉外循环流化床半干法所具有的二级脱硫效应,从脱硫设施的初投资、运行维护费用以及占地面积等方面考虑,推荐循环流化床锅炉可采用炉内喷钙+炉外循环流化床半干法的脱硫工艺,为循环流化床锅炉脱硫方式的合理选择提供了借鉴。

According to the feature of the low-cost desulphurization of circulating fluidized bed boiler, and connecting with the two-stage desulphurization effect of the technology of limestone injecting inside CFB boiler ＋ semi-drying outside CFB boiler, this paper recommends the desulphurization technology of limestone injecting inside CFB boiler ＋ semi-drying outside CFB boiler from aspects of the initial cost of desulphurization equipment, Operation and maintenance cost, and floor area, etc., which provides some references for the rational selection of CFB desulphurization mode.
