摘要
目的:采用HPLC法测定山西产蒲公英中咖啡酸与绿原酸的含量。方法:采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,以磷酸(含0.1%磷酸的水溶液)与乙腈的体积比(85∶15)为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长322nm。结果:咖啡酸的线性范围为0.8μg/mL~4.0μg/mL(r=0.9966),绿原酸的线性范围0.4μg/mL~2.0μg/mL(r=0.9997);平均回收率:咖啡酸98.73%,RSD为2.49%,绿原酸98.82%,RSD为2.71%。结论:咖啡酸和绿原酸质量分数为0.074%、0.028%,品质优良。
Objective: To determine the contents of caffeic acid and chlorogenic acid in herba taraxaci produced in Shanxi by using HPLC method. Methods: The octadecylsilane chemically bonded silica was taken as the filler, and the phosphoric acid(he phosphate solution containing 0.1% phosphoric acid): acetonitrile(85:15)as flowing phase with a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min and a detection wavelength of 322 nm. Results: The linear range of caffeic acid and chlorogenic anid were 0.8 μg/mL ~4.0 μg/mL(r=0.9966)and 0.4 μg/mL~2.0 μg/mL(r=0.9997)respectively; the average recovery of caffeic acid and chlorogenic acid was 98.73 % with RSD of 2.49% and 98.82 % with RSD of 2.71% respectively. Conclusion: The mass fraction of caffeic acid and chlorogenic acid was 0.074% and 0.028% respectively, the quality is good.
