摘要
薄壁套类零件加工过程中因多方面因素的影响,常常有次品甚至废品的事情发生。在分析影响薄壁套零件加工精度因素的基础上,以材料为45号钢的薄壁套零件加工为例,详细介绍了其加工工艺中的技改过程。
Because of the influence of various factors, the degraded products even waste products often occur during the processing of the thin-sleeve workpieces. Based on analyzing some factors influencing the machining accuracy of the thin-sleeve workpieces, and taking the processing of C45 thin-sleeve workpieces as an example, this paper introduces in detail the technological transformation process.
