浙江省玉环县35岁以上人群高血压流行病学调查

Investigation of hypertension among the residents of island areas

目的了解浙江省玉环县高血压病患病情况,为高血压病的防治提供参考。方法按照统一的调查表格,由经过培训的专业人员对全县所有35岁以上常住户籍人员进行流行病学调查,并采集血清样本进行血脂、血糖等检测。率的比较采用χ2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果全县高血压患者37 097人,高血压患病率为29.06%,标化患病率为24.72%;高血压患病率随着年龄增长而上升;男性患病率28.71%,女性患病率29.35%,女性患病率高于男性,差异有统计学意义;患者中血压控制正常22.51%,血压1级、2级、3级分别占45.86%、22.18%、9.45%。结论该海岛县高血压患病率呈较高水平,血压控制率较低,应针对高血压开展综合性预防控制措施。

Objective To investigate the prevalence of hypertension among the residents of oceanic islands.Methods Hypertension related data were collected by trained staff with a standard questionnaire among residents aged over 35 years.The serum samples of participants were tested for the concentration levels of lipid and blood sugar.Results The prevalence rate of hypertension was 29.06%（37 097/157 698）,which increased with age.The standardized rate of hypertension was 24.72% by the age distribution of recent national survey.The controlled rate of hypertension was 22.51%.Women had significantly higher prevalence rate of hypertension（29.35%） than men（28.71%）.Conclusion The prevalence rate of hypertension was high with a low controlled rate among the surveyed residents of oceanic islands.Comprehensive measures should be developed for the control of hypertension.
