摘要
以铬交联凝胶体系为研究对象,考察铬凝胶体系成胶前后的流变性变化。结果表明:交联聚合物溶液的表观黏度与聚合物含量和流速相关;剪切作用使黏度损失并影响成胶强度和成胶速度;凝胶强度可用储能模量量化表示;一定强度的剪切作用能彻底破坏凝胶结构,静置后能够部分恢复黏度,不同黏度的凝胶恢复能力差距较大。
The change of rheology of chrome gel system before and after gelling was studied with chrome crosslinked gel system as the object of study. The results have shown that the apparent viscosity of crosslinked polymer solution is related to polymer content and flow velocity, that the shearing action causes the loss of viscosity and affects the strength quantitatively, that the sheari of gel and gelling rate, that the gel strength ng action of certain strength can be expressed by storage modulus can destroy the gel structure viscosity of gel can be recovered to a certain extent after the gel is at rest again after the with the gels of different viscosities being very different in viscosity recovery capacity.
