山海螺化学成分研究

Study on the Chemical Constituents of Codonopsis lanceolata

目的：研究桔梗科党参属植物山海螺的化学成分。方法：采用柱层析与重结晶的方法对山海螺进行分离纯化,利用各种光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果：从山海螺中共分离鉴定出6个化合物,分别为：紫丁香苷（1）、莽草酸（2）、木栓酮（3）、α-菠菜甾醇（4）、豆甾醇（5）、Δ7-豆甾烯醇（6）。结论：其中,化合物3~6为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Objective：To study the chemical constituents of Codonopsis lanceolata.Methods：Chemical constituents were separated with the column chromatographic,and their structures were identified by chemical and spectroscopic methods.Results：Six compounds were isolated and identified as syringin（1）,shikimic acid（2）,friedelin（3）,α-spinasterol（4）,stigmasterol（5）,stigmasta-7-dien-3β-ol（6）.Conclusion：Compounds 3~6 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
