摘要
结构构件在地震作用下产生塑性变形,在塑性铰形成的过程中能吸取大量的能量。在设计中恰到好处地设计塑性铰形成的位置并加以应用,可有效降低震害,不至于出现迅速倒塌的后果。
Plastic deformation comes into being with structural elements under earthquake,and in the process of plastic hinge formation,it sucks up a lot of energy.If the position of plastic-hinge formation can be designed just right and used properly,then it is effective to reduce seismic damage and to avoid swift collapse.
