摘要
旅游信息化是旅游业发展的必然趋势,而作为旅游业最核心的旅游景区,其信息化发展就成为了重中之重。景区信息化如何从合理的角度出发,帮助景区从根本上提升核心竞争力就显得极为重要。本文通过大量文献阅读和实地调研基础上,以四川省峨眉山景区为例,构建基于CRM的游客管理系统,在景区实现信息化的同时,着重突出对景区最重要资源游客的管理。本文给出了游客管理系统的框架,并对其它景区的相关系统构建给出了建议。
Tourism infonnatization is an inevitable trend of the development of tourism, and the informatization of scenic has become the most important part because scenic is the core of tourism. How to find a reasonable perspective of scenic informatization to help scenic to fundamentally enhance its core competitiveness becomes extremely important. After reading extensive literatures and field research in Mountain Emei, we propose to build a visitor management system based on CRM which can emphasize the management of the most valuable resource which is the visitors while realizing the informatization of scenic. This paper provides the frame of visitor management system and also gives advices on the building of other scenic spots' relative systems.
