摘要
二新 cucurbitane 类型 triterpenoids,(23E )-5,19-epoxycucurbita-6,23,25-triene-3-ol (1 ) 并且(19R, 23E ) 和三已知的混合物, -5,19-epoxy-19-ethoxycucurbita-6,23-diene-3,25-diol (2 ) 从 Momordica charantia L 的水果被孤立。他们的结构被决定根据光谱分析。他们的细胞毒素的活动被 MTT 试金在 5 根癌症房间线, MCF-7, HepG2, Du145, Colon205 和 HL-60 上测试。加重 1, 3 和 4 显示出的弱 cytotoxicity。
Two new cucurbitane-type triterpenoids,(23E)-5β,19-epoxycucurbita-6,23,25-triene-3β-ol(1) and(19R,23E)-5/β,19-epoxy- 19-ethoxycucurbita-6,23-diene^3β,25-diol(2),together with three known compounds,have been isolated from the fruit of Momordica charantia L.Their structures were determined on the basis of spectral analysis.Their cytotoxic activity was tested on 5 cancer cell lines,MCF-7,HepG2,Dul45,Colon205 and HL-60 by MTT assay.Compounds 1,3 and 4 showed weak cytotoxicity.
