摘要
人力资源管理外包中,来自于服务商的逆向选择和机会主义行为风险成为影响外包成功与否的关键因素之一。针对服务商选择评价中存在的问题,在借鉴国内外服务商选择评价方法与理论的基础上,提出了运用要素计点来进行外包服务商选择,构建了外包服务商选择的指标体系,为企业正确选择外包服务商提供了一种结构性方法。
In the human nesouroe management outsoureing, the adverse selection from the service providers and the risk of opportunistic behavior have become one of the key to the success of outsourcing. According to the problems of evaluation and selection for the service providers, it proposes using elements of total point method to selection the outsoureing service providers based on the evaluation of method and theory of the choosing from home and abroad service providers, builds the index system of selecting for the outsouroing service providers, and it can provide a structured way for enterprises to choose the right outsouroing service providers.
