摘要
以新《医院财务制度》的颁布实施为背景,阐述了新《医院财务制度》下资产管理的相关问题。首先强调了加强资产管理的背景,即以《事业单位国有资产管理暂行办法》和新五制为背景。然后提出了医院国有资产管理方面的现状和问题,继而分析了新《医院财务制度》在资产管理方面的变化,给出了结合新《医院财务制度》的实施,如何加强资产管理的一些措施。
Under the environment of new hospital finance system issuing and implementing,relative problems of hospital asset management in new hospital finance system are discussed.The background of strengthening asset management is emphasized.Namely,the new hospital finance system is followed with interim measures on state asset management in public institutes.Status and problems of state asset management in hospital are discussed.Changes of asset management in new hospital finance system are analyzed.Suggestions on how to strengthen asset management under new hospital finance system are mentioned.
