摘要 针对某型高空长航时无人机的燃油系统进行设计,对其各部分的组成、原理及作用进行系统的分析。根据方案要求在满足重心要求的情况下,对本机的燃油可用空间做出了详细的布置。计算在燃油消耗下的飞机重心变化,提出了分散调油的输油方案,解决了在给定重心活动范围的情况下供油顺序设计问题,并对飞机机翼油箱输油过程进行仿真研究。利用流体仿真软件FLOWMASTER对燃油系统进行建模与分析。对高空长航时无人机动力及燃油系统的应用具有很高的应用价值,也为此类型无人机燃油系统的设计和优化提供了理论方法。 Basic problems of design of HALE UAV fuel system have been analyzed,based on this system's working principle,parts components' mathematical models in this system are deduced.According to protocol requirements which maintains the center-of-gravity position,the position of the plane's fuel tanks was disposed detailed.The change of the plane's center-of-gravity position while fuel oil consumed has been calculated,a new safe method of adjustment was advanced on the basis of calculating,the problem of how to design the ordering of provided fuel in condition of given limitations to the centre of gravity is solved,and the wing of fuel is studied,the integrated model for airplane fuel system is established using Flowmaster software.The results of example prove that the method is reliable and useful for the HALE UAV's power and fuel system,the method about airplane fuel system's model building and method also provides a way of design and optimization for HALE UAV fuel system.
