摘要
从有限元基本理论出发,建立了钢的二维计算机模拟模型。对钢板中含有大理石夹杂缺陷时的超声波传播情况进行了数值模拟计算。重点在频域中对透射波信号进行了频谱分析,通过频谱分析得到的各种频域特征量和灵敏频率可以得出大理石夹杂缺陷对超声传播的影响。模拟结果对实际应用有一定的参考价值。
Based on the principle of the finite element method,a two-dimensional computer simulation model with marble inclusion is developed in steel to study the acoustic propagation.The marble inclusion from the characteristics of frequency domain and the sensitivity frequency obtained from the spectral analysis to the transmission information can be recognized.The simulation results may be useful to the practical application.
