摘要
超声波法是混凝土无损检测的主要方法之一。它通过测量超声脉冲波在混凝土中的传播速度、首波幅度和接收信号主频率等声学参数,并根据这些参数及其相对变化,判定混凝土中的缺陷情况(如混凝土内部空洞和不密实区的位置和范围、裂缝深度、表面损伤层厚度、不同时间浇筑的混凝土结合面质量、灌注桩和钢管混凝土等缺陷)。应用超声波对测法对天津某立交桥墩缺陷状况进行检测,准确得到异常点分布区域并确定混凝土不密实区域的空间位置。
The ultrasonic method is the main method of concrete nondestructive testing of one.It by measuring in concrete ultrasonic pulse wave velocity,the first wave of received signal amplitude and frequency acoustic parameters,such as the Lord according to these parameters and the relative changes,judge the defects of concrete(e.g.,the concrete inner cavity and imperfect of the location and scope,crack depth,surface damage different thickness,time of concrete pouring junction plane quality,the pile and concrete filled steel tube defects such as).Application of ultrasound measurement method to Tianjin interchange bridge pier defect status for testing,accurate get abnormal points regional distribution and determining concrete imperfect reginal spatial position.
