摘要
利用强碱性阴树脂从水-正丁醇溶液中分离青霉素G,对凝胶型和大孔型树脂在动态和静态条件下的吸附行为进行了对比,凝胶型201×4氯型树脂能很好地吸附青霉素G。通过对吸附后的树脂进行洗脱,表明向混合洗脱剂中添加丙酮对提高洗脱效果有利,从而获得适宜的洗脱工艺条件。
