复元活血汤加减治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎临床观察

Treatment on Type Ⅲ prostatitis with blood circulation promotion decoction

目的:观察复元活血汤加减治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法:Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者90例,随机分为治疗组(n=45)和对照组(n=45),治疗组应用复元活血汤加减,对照组应用西药(左氧氟沙星+坦索罗辛),观察两组治疗前后的慢性前列腺炎症状积分指数(NIH-CPSI评分)和疗效变化,并进行统计学分析。结果:治疗组:临床痊愈12例,显效14例,有效16例,无效3例,总有效率93.3%;对照组:临床痊愈5例,显效9例,有效17例,无效12例,总有效率72.1%。治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组在改善患者尿路症状、生活质量及总NIH-CPSI方面优于对照组(P<0.05);两者在改善疼痛症状上无明显差异(P>0.1)。结论:复元活血汤加减治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎临床疗效较好。

Objectives： To observe the therapeutic effects of blood circulation promotion decoction on the treatment of type Ⅲ prostatitis. Methods： Ninety cases of type Ⅲ prostatitis were randomly divided into the treatment group （ n = 45 ） and the control group （n = 45 ）. The treatment group was treated with blood circulation decoction and the control group was treated with levo- floxacin and Tamsulosin. Prostatitis symptom index （ NIH - CPSI） was observed for the two groups and the differences were statistically analyzed. Results： For the treatment group, 12 cases got cured, 14 cases showed improved symptoms, 16 cases were effected and 3 cases failed the treatment. The overall efficiency rate is 93.3% ; The control group produced 5 cured cases, 9 im- proved cases, 17 effective cases and 12 failed cases, the overall efficiency rate being 72.1%. The therapeutic effects of the treat- ment group is significantly better than the control （P 〈 0. 05） ; The symptom, life quality and NIH - CPSI of the treatment group was also significantly better than the control （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The two groups showed no significant difference in pain relieving （ P 〉 0.1 ）. Conclusion： Blood circulation decoction can produce better therapeutic effects on type III chronic prostatitis.
